Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before connected work begins.

The service is deliberately scoped around evidence, authority and an operating outcome. These are the questions that usually matter first.

Is Upscaler software or consulting?

Upscaler is a managed operating service supported by a governed client workspace. The engagement combines diagnosis, connected evidence, operating design and controlled improvement around an accepted scope.

Do we need to replace our current systems?

Not by default. Upscaler starts with the systems already holding the relevant evidence. Replacement is considered only when a specific constraint justifies it.

Does Upscaler automate customer or financial decisions?

No consequential action is assumed. Customer contact, booking changes, financial changes and source-system writes require explicit scope, authority and controls.

What does the first operations review cover?

It maps one priority journey, the systems and people involved, the evidence available and the constraint most worth investigating. It is a fit and scoping step, not production access.

How are packages different?

Core establishes the management spine around one journey. Growth adds cross-system depth and controlled workflow improvement. Advanced is tailored for complex, higher-risk or multi-entity requirements.

Are third-party costs included?

Third-party licences, usage, payment, media and client-specific service costs remain separate unless an accepted scope expressly includes them.

Does payment switch on access immediately?

No. Payment and acceptance are recorded separately from onboarding readiness. Production access begins only after scope, payment and the required prerequisites have been verified.

Still deciding where to start?

Begin with the operating constraint, not a technology list.
