What this notice covers
This notice covers this website, blueprint requests, business-review enquiries and related support correspondence. Work involving access to a client's business systems requires a separately agreed scope and any additional privacy information relevant to that work.
Information you choose to provide
Our forms may collect your name, email address and, where requested, mobile number. A business-review enquiry also asks for a business name, industry or work type and the main priority or operating constraint. You may provide optional information about platforms or business context. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health information or confidential information about another person in a website form.
How enquiry information is used
We use enquiry information to record and respond to your request, understand the support being requested, manage blueprint availability and keep evidence of your contact and marketing choices. We may keep submission and technical records needed to investigate errors, abuse or repeat attempts. Requesting a review is not an appointment booking or a commitment to buy.
Your contact and marketing choices
A request for contact is separate from optional marketing choices. Marketing is not required to request a review. You can withdraw a contact request, ask us to correct your details or stop marketing by contacting support@upscaler.com.au. We may retain a record of that request so the preference can be respected.
Service providers and overseas processing
The current website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authorised form and application records, Stripe for approved payment flows and Microsoft 365 for business email. Google Analytics is available for limited website measurement only after a visitor allows optional analytics. It may receive page paths, referral source, approximate location, device or browser information, selected link interactions and completion signals after an accepted enquiry, Blueprint request or prepared review checkout. Form-field contents, contact details, payment details and free-text messages are not intentionally sent. Advertising signals are disabled in Upscaler's website tag. Other providers may be used for a separately accepted service flow. Some providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States; the providers and locations applicable to a new flow must be confirmed before that flow is enabled.
Storage, access and retention
Enquiry information is kept in access-controlled systems and transmitted using HTTPS and server-side checks where supported. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while a request is active and as reasonably needed for permission, security and legal records. You may ask for access, correction or deletion, subject to identity verification and any legal or backup limitations.
Questions or concerns
Email support@upscaler.com.au with the subject ‘Privacy enquiry’. Please do not email identity documents unless we have asked for them through an appropriate method. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner after giving us a reasonable opportunity to respond.
