What you receive

An action report grounded in your business.

A practical diagnosis of one priority journey, with the evidence and gaps made clear so you can decide what comes next.

01

A clear view of the work

The current journey, the people and systems involved, and the handoffs or exceptions that need attention.

02

Evidence behind the findings

What your records and team tell us, where information is missing or conflicting, and what needs validating.

03

A useful next decision

The operating priority to discuss, the options to consider and the evidence needed before a change is proposed.

An example journey

Follow the work from enquiry to payment.

Illustrative example: a service business loses sight of a quote after it leaves the inbox. The Review looks at the handoff, rather than assuming it needs another app.

  1. Enquiry
  2. Quote
  3. Job
  4. Invoice
  5. Payment

Who owns the next step?Identify the role responsible for follow-up.

What shows progress?Check which record confirms the quote status.

What happens when it stalls?Make the exception and escalation path visible.

This is an illustration of the approach, not a client case study or a measured result.

What we examine

One journey, end to end.

  • The trigger that starts the journey
  • The people and systems it moves through
  • The evidence that shows progress or delay
  • The exceptions currently carried in memory
  • The operating outcome worth improving

What happens next

Start with clarity. Then choose the next step.

01We confirm the business, journey and useful participants.

02The review identifies evidence, friction and fit.

03Any proposed setup is separately scoped, priced and accepted.

When a review is useful

Use it when growth has made coordination harder to see.

A Business Operations Review is useful when several systems and people hold different parts of a customer or cash journey, but no single view shows where work is waiting, repeating or becoming dependent on memory.

The review does not assume that automation is the answer. It establishes the current path, the evidence available, the exceptions and the operating consequence before a solution is proposed.

  • Routine decisions or follow-up return to the owner.
  • Information is copied between systems or spreadsheets.
  • Reports disagree or need manual assembly.
  • Enquiries, quotes or payments become difficult to trace.
  • A proposed automation lacks a clear owner, exception path or measure.

Before you request a review

A few practical answers.

Do we need to replace our software?

The Review starts with the work and your existing systems. Clearer ownership or a process change may be more useful than another tool.

Does the Review include implementation?

No. It provides a diagnostic and operating priorities for discussion. Any implementation is separately scoped, priced and accepted. Requesting a Review does not authorise access to or changes in your systems.

What should we bring?

A recent example, the systems involved, the person who owns the work and any measure you already trust. Leave passwords, payment details and customer personal information out of the request.

How are the findings used?

We distinguish information supplied by your business from our interpretation. Findings are hypotheses to validate together; figures are not independently audited and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
